Originally I had posted I was getting rid of my Raptor for a BMW i3. Which was my intention but as an Oppo would do, I have several alerts setup for vehicles that come up for sale. Welp, I just placed a deposit down for this:
2014 Porsche Cayenne GTS in the same P eridot Metallic of the Cayman R I almost bought a couple years ago. Will be shipping my Raptor from TX to NC and back with the Cayenne. CAN. NOT. WAIT.

I was considering that exact vehicle to replace my GX460. The color would have paired nicely with my girlfriend’ s Hypergreen Wrangler.

It is a very dynamic color. Most lighting is a bright green but it has a gold/silver/burgundy metallic flake that has a yellow hue in direct sunlight. In person it has a depth to it that doesn’t come across in pictures.

Popular belief is that luxury SUV should have understated colors and that makes it such a good choice for this car. It’s ‘ wrong’ but it just works.

T hose are nice - no turbo issues and all the go fast goodies, (love the slightly lower ride stance too.) Watch for the county mounties - that thing is going to be a ticket magnet!

I’ve had many fast/eye-catching vehicles, my only speeding ticket was while in college in my mom’s minivan. Now where is that wood to knock on...
